Dalla piantagione delle giovani viti alla cura del vigneto, dalla raccolta dell’uva all’imbottigliamento e alla commercializzazione del vino \u2013 questi tanti importanti piccoli e grandi passi ci entusiasmano sempre di nuovo. E danno a ciascuno in famiglia lo spazio per mettere in campo le proprie forze. Florian \u00e8 la quinta generazione nell’azienda di famiglia. Gli piace il lavoro vario nel vigneto e in cantina, e alla fine \u00e8 lui il responsabile dei vini. Gli piace continuare la sua formazione e assaggiare con gioia ogni vino che gli capita. Durante le degustazioni con i colleghi viticoltori, si discute volentieri a lungo. Evi \u00e8 l’anima buona dell’azienda. Gestisce gli appartamenti dell’azienda agricola. Con il suo modo affettuoso, accoglie ogni ospite come un vecchio amico. \u00c8 felice di condurre degustazioni e visite all’azienda. Il Senior Chef Franz \u00e8 pieno di energia e lavora sempre con gioia. Ha costruito l’azienda e creato le fondamenta su cui si basa oggi. Le sue decisioni lungimiranti hanno formato un’azienda sana. Il suo instancabile impegno per il S. Maddalena \u00e8 ben noto.
