Our carefully designed holiday apartments are your retreat in the heart of the winery, where you can fully enjoy the tranquility and beauty of our surroundings. Bolzano, the capital of South Tyrol, is just 7 km away, with hourly bus connections from Cornedo all’Isarco to the center of Bolzano.

At our idyllic winery, we offer three unique apartments that vary in size and amenities to meet the individual needs and preferences of our guests. Each apartment is designed with great attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable and inviting as possible. Our holiday homes are an ideal starting point for excursions and tours throughout the country due to our central location.

Sauvignon
- 2-6 people
The Sauvignon Apartment is our largest unit. Up to 6 people can stay here. The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living area for two additional guests. Additionally, the Sauvignon apartment has a balcony with a magnificent view of the city of Bolzano. The apartment also disposes of a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Vernatsch
- 2-4 people
Up to four people can stay in the “Vernatsch” apartment. This unit includes one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for two in the living area, and a large balcony with a wonderful view over our vineyard and the city of Bolzano. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher.

Terms and Conditions
- Prices are per apartment and night for 2 people, including bed linen and final cleaning. The local tax of €2.40 per night per person over 14 years is charged separately.
- For stays of less than 3 nights, we charge an additional fee of €30.
- On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available from 3 PM. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartments by 10 AM.
- To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit of 2 days' rent. The balance can be paid during your stay in cash, by card, or by bank transfer.
- The price offer does not apply to additional, unbooked guests.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your holiday, the deposit will be refunded.
- For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained.
- For less than 14 days, the full amount owed will be charged. We will make every effort to re-rent the apartment so that only the deposit will be due.
- If you leave early or arrive late, the full stay will be charged.
Arrival
Coming from the motorway, take the Bolzano Nord exit and continue towards the centre of Bolzano. After the small tunnel, turn left towards Kardaun/Karneid, continue uphill towards Karneid, after approx. 3.5km you will find our house on the right-hand side and a sign in the driveway saying ‘Apartments Gojer’.
Pick-up service: If you are travelling by public transport, we will pick you up or take you to the station free of charge on the day of arrival and departure.
